Transparency

How JanataHerchh ensures accuracy, neutrality, and transparency in civic participation.

Data Sources

Bill data is collected from official sources including the Nepal Parliament website, National Assembly records, and government publications. Every bill on the platform includes a direct source link so you can verify the original document.

Source Freshness

Each bill displays its source URL, ingestion timestamp, and version history. You can see when data was last updated and trace changes over time.

  • Source URL
  • Ingestion timestamp
  • Version history

AI Summaries

Legal text is summarized using AI to make bills easier to understand. All AI-generated summaries require human editorial review before publishing. The original bill text remains fully accessible for verification.

Community Moderation

We enforce moderation rules to prevent spam, abuse, and manipulation. Moderation does not favor any political viewpoint — we apply the same standards to all contributions regardless of stance.

Vote Integrity

Votes are protected from manipulation. Each account can vote once per bill. We do not allow duplicate votes, automated voting, or vote selling.

Platform Independence

JanataHerchh is an independent civic platform. We are not affiliated with any political party or government. Our mission is to serve citizens, not partisan interests.

Open Methodology

We publish our data ingestion and summarization approach to ensure transparency. Our methodology is documented so anyone can understand how we collect, process, and present legislative information.
